Student number per school

  • Last year we had 4 teams per school; maximum 6 students per team.
  • This meant:  (125 students total) / (4 events) = 5 teams (ie. ≤ 31 students) per event.
  • Having 6 events would be better since events would be less crowded and preparation for each event would be easier.  HOWEVER that would mean less time at each event as teams rotate trhough events.  Any thoughts? I'm happy with just the 4 events...We don't really have a huge number of 'planners' to work on new topics... Marg
